David and I redid the site design!
Awesome! Here’s the old design, just for ye olde tyme’s sake:
The “Sarah Beth’s Glorious Adventure” title hadn’t been accurate for like, two years and besides, it’s so nice to finally have a design that accurately reflects the rage that I feel in my heart every time I see these people and their thousands of carbon copies throughout the city. I know, I know, it doesn’t get much more original than hipster-bashing but whatever, you try being surrounded by them for a year and a half and then see how anti-hipster-bashing YOU are. What.
On the non-hipster front, check this out!
Vikki and I made a giant froot loop treat in a rice krispies treat bowl for Val’s birthday last Friday. Because all she ever eats is soup, so it’s froot loop soop! Plus she flipped out over how delicious the froot loop treats were when they made them for dinner a few weeks ago. We made it super marshmallowey though, because we thought the holes in the froot loops would store a lot of marshmallows. Whoopsies! But just in case you were wondering, sugar cereal plus way too much marshmallow equals superawesometastic deliciousness.

LB let me cut her hair over the weekend! Yaay! Because she was already planning to get it cut super short, so she let me try cutting it pretty short and she likes it! And then after Olga saw it, she asked me to cut her bangs! Yesssss. Sarah Beth’s Supe-R-Kuts now open for business. LB is my coworker and my mentor, and she works on spreadsheets and she is how I met Eric, who is my boyfranne! LB stands for Laura Beth, which is all, hur hurr, Laura Beth is Sarah Beth’s mentor. Olga is also my coworker and I’m trying to get everyone to call her Lolga but it’s not really catching.
This is Lolga. She is eating another rice krispies artistic creation that Vikki and I made using a Build-A-Bear cake mold and then we decorated to look like her with fondant that we made out of marshmallows that looked okay but tasted kind of gross. We didn’t make it for any special occasion except that we’d been calling Olga Olgabear for a while when Vikki found the bear mold. Olga really wants us to call her Comrade Lolgatsbear because she’s Russian and it’s like Russian + lolcats + Olgabear, but that is super not catching. Ok I gotta go cut her bangs, later!
